Delete inside the app
Open My, choose Account, then choose Delete account. Confirming the request permanently deletes the signed-in international account and its shared-ledger data.
Request deletion without the app
Email 330182696@qq.com from the address connected to your account. Include “Backpacker Ledger account deletion” and your sign-in method. Never send a password, verification code, Apple token, Google token, or store purchase token.
What is deleted
We delete the international account, profile, shared-ledger membership and content controlled by that account, and the account’s membership association. Data that must be retained for store transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or law is kept only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.
Local records
Guest and personal bookkeeping records stored only on your device are not held in the online account. Clear them in Settings before uninstalling the app. Device or cloud backups are controlled by your operating-system provider.
Processing time
We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. We may ask for limited information needed to confirm account ownership. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
